Clearly, very! Here are Jay and the kids (well, two of them -- Hudson missed the fun because he was already asleep) expressing their excitement over Jay's birthday presents -- shirts and ties! And an ipod. I suppose that deserves a scream. Note the impeccably decorated cake.
