Swim Team

Ok, so the house is empty (it's summer time, this is extremely rare), and I thought I would take the opportunity to organize my digital photos and get caught up on blogging. I was off to a great start, composing a witty little ditty about swim team, how hard it is, and how great the kids are doing. And then I uploaded the pictures. And accidentally deleted the pictures. And uploaded the pictures. And accidentally deleted the pictures AND my witty little ditty. Clearly, I am an idiot.

So here it is in a nutshell, since I have exactly 3 minutes until I can expect everyone to come bounding through the door from swim team practice. The kids are swimming on the TBarM Swim Team. Practicing an inordinate amount. Having real live swim meets. And doing extremely well. We are very proud of them!

Jon Owen at the last swim meet against Brookhaven Country Club, swimming in second place. Hard to believe that he's one of the strongest swimmers in his age group, since when he first started, I was worried that he wasn't ready.
