So this semester Lauren decided that she wanted to do choir. So every Thursday after school, instead of going to carpool, she gets shuttled to the music room for some very proper music instruction. Singing, as you know, is one of her great loves of life, so she is enjoying this immensely.So here she is at her first choir performance, at Barnes & Noble, for "Parish Gives" -- a program not dissimilar to the Co-op program, except Parish donates all proceeds to charity (we certainly pay enough freaking tuition, I guess Parish doesn't need the extra $$$$). As usual, she entertained all the parents with her exuberance -- replete with arm motions, singing into her wooden sticks as though they were a microphone, etc. etc.
