Sundays are sacred in our home. Not sacred in a religious way, but sacred in a family way. They are typically the only day of the week when we don't have something going on, so we know that barring something unforseen, we can relax, run around in our pajamas, and just BE.
Does anyone else feel like they don't have time to just BE?!?
The day usually starts with pancakes made by Daddy, sometimes he has helpers, sometimes not. This weekend Hudson helped, which was beyond cute. Lauren and Jon Owen played the Wii, Hudson played outside (he is getting wicked good at riding the thingamabob that Mr. Tom gave us a few Christmases ago), I watched my political morning shows to get caught up on the presidential race (go Obama go Obama go Obama go Obama), and It. Was. Great.
Here are a few photos of the nothingness.
